As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. If you are not sure about anything, just phone us on 01248 208400
To place an order with Gemwaith Wyn Jewellery we ask for your name, email address, phone number, address details and credit/debit card or paypal details.
If theres any issues with your order we will contact you either by phone or email.
Orders are usually dispatched in 3-4 working days. If we believe that your order might take longer we will email you a new delivery date. If you would like an item urgently please email or ring the shop and we will do our best to help.
All orders are posted with Royal Mail, first class.
Please make sure when ordering a personalised gift you have correctly entered the personalisation. While we are happy to rectify the mistake we will have to charge for our time or extra materials.
Returns Policy & Returns:
Please make sure you check your item(s) once received, faulty or damaged items must be reported within 10 working days of receiving the goods.
In the unlikely event that your not happy with your product please contact us as soon as possible, you have 14 days to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note that personalised products and earrings are non refundable due to reasons of hygiene and safety.

Once we receive the whole order back in the original packaging and does not show signs of wear we will issue a full refund. Please note this does not apply to the personalised items which cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Once we have arranged a refund or exchanged please send back to the address below, we recommend secure trackable postage method of delivery so you are fully insured if the parcel fails to reach us.
